You have all a million ideas in your head and a hundred other things that you want to do… BUT.. you just can't seem to get that passion going. You know one thing for sure - you definitely want to build something of your own and become an entrepreneur. For all our hustlers out there who either want to start their entrepreneur journey or have already begun, here are some movies that will definitely inspire you. Not just are they some of our favourite movies but are also based on real lives and real stories.
So stop binge watching your same old comfort show and give these a go to get out of your comfort zone!

The Social Network
The story of Facebook, it is a favourite among all young entrepreneurs. Directed by David Fincher, The Social Network tells the story of now Billionaire, Mark Zuckerberg. It traces the journey of his life at Harvard, the idea of Facebook, the infamous suing of Zuckerberg and the fallout with his best friend.
What makes it great?
Apart from Aaron Sorkin’s brilliant script, David Fincher’s perfect direction and the perfect cast, it takes a deep dive into Facebook. Fast paced and engrossing, there is never a dull moment in this entertaining watch.

The Big Short
When the US bubble burst in 2007, it took the world with it. Based on Michael Lewis’ book of the same title, The Big Short tells three separate but parallel stories of individuals who were able to predict and profit from the American financial crisis of 2007-08.
What makes it great?
Featuring a star studded cast with Steve Carrel, Christian Bale, Ryan Gosling, Brad Pitt and several surprise cameos, it makes finance seem really fun. The film also uses unconventional techniques to explain complex finance terms, making it easy for the audience to keep up. And oh, did we mention breaking the fourth wall?

Fyre: The Greatest Party That Never Happened
Okay so technically, this isn’t a movie but a Netflix documentary. But this is as if not more engrossing as a big budget film. Fyre festival was supposed to be the greatest music festival ever. Organised by Billy McFarland and rapper Ja Rule, the “luxury music festival” was all over the internet at one point. Promoted by celebrities including Kendall Jenner, Bella Hadid, Emily Ratajkowski and many more, the tickets were sold out within hours. The only problem? It was all a scam.
What makes it great?
It gives the viewers a great insight into everything that went into the festival, right from the idea to the failed execution. It's a great watch for all budding entrepreneurs who love the big ideas but might want to learn more about executing it.

The Founder
Love McDonald’s? There’s a high chance you might love its story more. The Founder tells the story of the beginning of one of the world’s most popular fast food chains, McDonald’s. It is a biopic of the American fast-food tycoon Ray Kroc played by the phenomenal Michael Keaton.
What makes it great?
It’s an inspiring story of Ray Kroc’s journey towards success, despite being controversial. His journey from a travelling salesman to the owner of the biggest franchise in the USA is a testament of his hard work, persistence and genius. But you also feel for the McDonald brothers who were the original founders and were put out of business.

The Pursuit of Happyness
Sometimes it feels like everything is going wrong in life all at once. Anything good is unimaginable. The Pursuit of Happyness is the perfect movie for those days. It is a true story based on the life of entrepreneur Chris Gardner played by Will Smith. You follow his one year long journey filled with unending struggle along with his son.But the movie does have a silver lining and is a very satisfying story of ups and downs.
What makes it great?
It is a very heart touching and wholesome story that stands out from some of the other listed movies in its portrayal. Will Smith’s acting earned him an oscar nomination that year.
